Invite users to start using Secure Print
To invite users to start using Secure Print, the system provides a template that you can use as a starting point. The template provides simple instructions on how users set up their workstations, their mobile devices, and send their first print job.
In this step, an administrative user will enter their email address to receive these installation instructions.
- In the Email Address text field, enter your email address.
- Click Send. You will receive a template that you can use to invite users.
- Customize the template as desired.
- Send the email invitation to users from your preferred email program.
